Although all GISD campuses are closed to all but essential personnel, GISD students will return to LEARNING this week!
Each campus will handle learning in a slightly different way. For a complete list of options and resources, refer to the GISD REMOTE LEARNING menu under the main GISD website (www.giddings.txed.net)

For families who do not have access to technology, Traditional Paper and Pencil Instructional Lessons and Materials may be obtained in the following locations at the times listed below:
- Giddings Elementary School, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM on all previously scheduled school days in the bus lane of the Giddings Elementary School.
- Giddings Intermediate School, Giddings Middle School, and Giddings High School, Tuesdays, 10:00 AM-12:00 PM in the car rider lane of each school.
- Lesson packets are designed to provide enough materials to last for a week.
- In order to help stop the spread of the virus, Traditional Paper and Pencil assignments will be picked up at the campus but will not be returned to the school to be graded.(We do not want to cross-contaminate the home and school environment.) However, teachers may give answer keys for the activities provided.
