Expectations of Participants (per Giddings Police Department & City of Giddings):

All Seniors MUST stay in their vehicle or on the back of the car or truck before, during, and after the parade.

NO gathering with each other (per social distancing guidelines)

No more than 2 Seniors on back of one truck or in one car (and they must sit opposite one another). One student per vehicle is preferred.

Recommendations:

** A student can put a chair on the back of the truck to sit down and enjoy waving to family and friends.

** A parent or other responsible driver could drive for the senior so they can enjoy the ride and "hang out the window" or sit/stand on back (SAFELY!)

The police will lead the parade and a fire truck will follow behind. Police and parents will be monitoring the parade for compliance to rules.
